What personally identifiable information does Brook Hunt collect?
Over a period of time, Brook Hunt may collect personal and business
information, including your name, job title, company address, email address and
post code. After providing Brook Hunt with any of this information, you are no
longer anonymous.
You do not have to provide any personal information to use the Brook Hunt
service.
The only information that you are required to provide is a username and
password, which are not linked to you in any way unless you click on the
“Remember Login” checkbox, which causes a cookie to be stored on your computer.
How does Brook Hunt use personal information?
Brook Hunt does not use your personal information in any way, if you
select "No" to the question "Do you wish to receive
Latest News and Report Summaries via Email?", on your Registration (and
Registration Maintenance) form.
If you select "Yes", then you have only chosen to periodically
receive Emails from Brook Hunt.
The information will never be sold, rented, or distributed.
Who has access to your information?
One person—Mark Denchfield, the Website Client Administrator at Brook Hunt.
Can you update, change, or delete your data?
Yes, once registered with Brook Hunt, you are able to access the Client Zone
and Your Registration Details, via the Main Menu.
You can then Update or change your data.

How are cookies used by Brook Hunt ?
Brook Hunt uses two types of cookies: Session and Login.
Session cookies only remain as long as the current session and do not
remain on your computer. They are used to pass session information, which
identifies your current session without any personal information (this is done
by a random number).
Login cookies store your login authentication information so that you
don't have to log in each time you access the site.
To remove the Login cookie from your computer, you simply need to log
out of Brook Hunt .
